Buggy
Rules
Conditions permitting, disabled golfers are allowed to use small single seat
electric buggies subject to possession of a signed Longcliffe Golf Club Safety
Policy Acceptance Form. Copies of the Safety Policy and the Acceptance Form can be
downloaded from this site,
or obtained from the Club Manager.
The form will be signed by the Club on presentation of (1) a disability certificate
signed by the player’s doctor* and (2) a current buggy-user’s Certificate of Insurance.
The Club prohibits buggy use whenever it is considered that the state of the course,
or part of it, and/or the weather constitute an unacceptable risk - to the safety of
the user and/or of damage to the course. Unsuitable conditions could include
waterlogging and/or frost. To minimise disappointment disabled visitors may wish to
telephone the Club Professional (01509 231450) to check on the
situation before travelling to Longcliffe.
Download a blank disability certificate form (or obtain from the
Club Manager).
Download a copy of a buggy routes map (or obtain from the Club Secretary or, on the day,
